Stephen Colbert + youtube = immortal
A comedian from the comedy central, Colbert roasts Bush at the White House Correspondents' Dinner last year. I did the collecting so you wouldn't have to.
Frankly, theres little challenge in jibing a sitting duck. In personal interaction we feel it's rude and no fun to pull off a joke on someone who is totally clueless or maybe too polite or emotionally/behaviorally unequipped to confront an affront. What would someone smart and easy like Clinton have done in the same situation? - maybe intervened and staged a key interjection of his own. Better still, he might have anticipated the whole thing and avoided it altogether.
